Travelling around Indonesia is not so hard if you have plenty of time to arrange it while you are in the country.
There are lots of ways to travel Indonesia, on the map we put a few relevant airports, but there are many more.
We recently visited Togian islands, Papua and Raja Ampat and will incorporate this information soon....

Before we moved to Bali we traveled around many islands in the Indonesian archipelago.
Our holidays lasted at least five weeks or more, so we did not want to book transportation up front. As you can imagine, this way of travel sometimes became quite an adventure. We had to change our plans many a time due to a lack of available transportation.

When you book your itinerary up front through a travel agent in your home country, it does not guarantee a scheduled domestic flight, even if they are able to confirm these flights to begin with....

We always buy and pay for air tickets directly at the airport and will be contacted by phone whenever changes occur. Then we will try to confirm you on another carrier if one is flying that way.
If that is not possible, we will re-shuffle your schedule in a way that is satisfactory to you.

Whatever might happen, we will do everything possible to make sure that your whole experience will be a pleasant one.
On the map above we put in just the destinations we discuss on our website, but we are happy to arrange any other destination you would like to go to within the archipelago.
